5. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payments: Must be made in full before scheduling a consultation, event, or course. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other digital payment methods.
• Refunds:
  • Consultations: Cancellations made 48 hours in advance qualify for a full refund.
  • Workshops & Speaking Events: No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the event.
  • Digital Products & Courses: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Empowered Prevention—including handouts, presentations, courses, and online content—are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, distribute, or resell any materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Empowered Prevention is not responsible for:

• Misuse or misunderstanding of provided materials.
• Decisions made based on our consultations or educational content.
