Refunds
There is no refund after a payment is processed. Once a payment is received, the sale is final. All programs last a minimum of three months. If you decide to make a payment for the entire length of your program instead of monthly installments and then want a refund, you will only receive half of the cost of the remaining months left in your contract. Cancellations of contracts with monthly installments are addressed below.

Cancellations

• All programs will have clients enrolled in monthly payments unless the client pays in full to start the program.
• The client is asked to give 30 days’ notice of cancellation of the contract. If the client does not give a 30-day notice before the next billing cycle, they will be billed for that month’s cost.
• If you cancel your program early, you will not receive a refund for any part of your past payments.
• In the case of a medical emergency, you can place your account on hold for up to 6 months. This will hold your remaining sessions for use when you return. If you place your account on hold for more than 6 months, you will lose all remaining sessions. No refund is available.

We reserve the right to make exceptions to our cancellation policies on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability
EmpoweredPrevention.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the services and products offered on this site or the performance of its services and products.

Typographical Errors
In the event that an EmpoweredPrevention.com program is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, EmpoweredPrevention.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the program listed at the incorrect price. EmpoweredPrevention.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, EmpoweredPrevention.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by EmpoweredPrevention.com without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Miscellaneous shall survive any termination.
